Orion Precision filter element ELS2000 replacement
The compressed air precision filter mainly filters the solid particles in the compressed air, and has a certain blocking effect on the liquid water and oil. Generally, three precision filters are installed at the front end of the dryer, mainly used to remove oil and impurity particles in the compressed air, and one high-efficiency precision filter is installed at the back of the dryer, mainly used to remove fine dust in the compressed air.
The air permeability of the precision filter element: The filter element adopts the strong hydrophobic and oleophobic fiber filter material from the United States. At the same time, it adopts a framework with good permeability and high strength to reduce the resistance caused by passing.
High efficiency of precision filter element: The filter element adopts German fine-opening sponge, which can effectively prevent the oil and water from being entrained by the high-speed airflow, so that the small oil droplets passing down gather at the lower end of the filter element sponge and discharge to the bottom of the filter container.
Air tightness of the filter element of the precision filter: A reliable sealing ring is used at the junction of the filter element and the filter housing to ensure that the air flow is not short-circuited and prevent impurities from directly entering the downstream without passing through the filter element.
